Return and Refund Policy

At CALESEE, we want you to love every pair you receive. If you need to request an exchange or a return, please review the policy below.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@calesee.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for returning the item to us in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
Exchanges
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if you notice any manufacturing or finishing defects. If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item free of charge, including shipping.
If you need a different size, you may request a size exchange at any time. In this case, only the shipping fees will apply.
Depending on stock availability, we may also send two sizes for you to try so you can choose the one that fits you best.
Returns & Refunds
You can request a return and refund within 5 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging and without signs of use, unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Once your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item to us. Upon receiving the returned item, we will ship out a replacement item to you free of charge.
Used Items
Products that have been worn or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
The only exception is when there is a manufacturing defect, confirmed by our team after reviewing clear photos of the product.

A brief description of the issue
Photos of the product (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
